A Platinum Club

BallenIsles Country Club ranked above more than 6,000 clubs nationally in its run in the Platinum Club Top 100 ranking list, showcasing the most reputable country clubs in America. "No other club in the nation exceeds BallenIsles in your club's advances in excellence," says John R. Sibbald, publisher of the Club Leaders Forum that conducts Platinum Club surveys every three years among club presidents and managers. A Golf Heritage

In 1963, John D. McArthur was put in charge of designing a world-class golf headquarters by PGA of America. BallenIsles, before it became what it is today, was actually grounds for the PGA for 10 years. BallenIsles has hosted several major golfing events, such as the World Cup Championship, PGA Championship and the PGA Senior Championships. Currently, club members and their guests play on three 18-hole courses, each of which are championship caliber.

New Tennis/Fitness Facility

The recently completed, 62,000 square foot facility caters to both serious competitors and leisurely athletes. There are 22 courts - 19 clay (Har-Tru), 2 hard and 1 Stadium Court and a full-service Pro Shop. There is an extensive fitness area, aerobics and pilates rooms, private massage rooms, steam rooms and a sauna.
